About Us

Jill Archie is a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Prior to working at NextGen, she worked for over ten years within the non-profit sector. Jill has a passion for organizations and businesses that have a strong mission and vision to help others. She provides exceptional support to leadership and clients and her priority is to be relationship-focused so that everyone involved successfully reaches their goals. Jill is a published author and also spends her time volunteering with her boyfriend’s homeless outreach and drug addiction recovery ministry in the Tulsa area.

Lashia is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting. She intends to pursue her master’s degree in accounting and become a CPA. Prior to joining the NextGen team, Lashia worked with tax firms and non-profit organizations giving her relevant experience within the industry. Outside of the office, Lashia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and cooking. When she is not working, you can find her on a day trip with her nieces and nephews and doing facial care.

Originally from Tulsa, KeQuana graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Finance. She was introduced to Accounting in high school and was interested in how accounting and bookkeeping are the building blocks of a business. Prior to joining NextGen, she gained valuable accounting experience at several local banks and tax firms. She loves spending time with her family and friends. When she’s not immersed in bookkeeping, she enjoys dancing and fitness, crafting new and old skills, travel, and working with children. 

Allison is a graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Promotion/Communications. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining the NextGen team, Allison worked in the financial industry as a Branch Manager. Allison is exceptionally passionate about her community and often find ways to serve and break down cultural barriers. Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening, traveling, live music, dancing, and spending time making memories with her husband and two kids. On a sunny day, you can find her in the garden enjoying nature, attending her son’s sports events, or hanging out with her daughter.

Liria is a recent graduate from Oral Roberts University with a Master's in Business Administration. She also holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Tulsa. She enjoys spending time with family & friends, cooking, and watching action and drama series in her spare time. She demonstrates her passion for helping others by volunteering at Victory Kids. Liria also plans to use this same passion and make a positive, lasting impact on her clients' businesses.

Tinisha is a graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree. Prior to joining the NextGen team, Tinisha worked in banking for five years. She works closely with clients who are new to Team NextGen to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Tinisha ensures clients feel valued and appreciated while identifying ways to continue to add value for them and their organization. Outside of work, Tinisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, and working on DIY projects. She really enjoys baking and hopes to one day own her own bakery business.

QK is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a double major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology and African American Studies. She also holds a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and created social groups while in attendance. QK began her career as a regulatory litigation attorney and has been in the banking and regulatory sectors of finance and business for over 10 years. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her dog and family. She also volunteers with youth groups and local business owners in community organizations to ensure the spread of needed resources flows into her communities. 

Joy is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, holding a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. A native of Hawaii, Joy spent her formative years in Fairfax County, a suburb of Washington, D.C. She brings to NextGen over 25 years of experience leading marketing efforts for large national brands as well as startups and entrepreneurial ventures. As an entrepreneur herself, she’s a staunch supporter of small business in her community. She enjoys spending downtime with her husband, two children, and two dogs. When she’s not crafting marketing strategy, she’s enjoying the outdoors, live music, movies, eating tacos, and watching birds.

Christina is a Tulsa native and graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. She holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from The University of Tulsa. Prior to joining the firm, Christina was an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst at a Fortune 500 company. Her keen problem-solving skills are an asset to our team. When not working, you’ll find Christina getting her hands dirty with DIY projects — turning ordinary things from drab to fab — and engaging her community through volunteerism, by proxy of Tulsa’s graduate chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Alpha Chi Omega, of which she is a member.
